Available from Apple’s website, the 11 videos or one 27 minute-long compilation will take you through all the multiple facets of the core Apple apps, iBooks and the iWork package. They’re fairly slow-paced and seem to be targeted at a less tech-savvy demographic, but if you’re trying to pitch the device to grandma, they’re probably a great resource.
