The iPad launched today internationally… with over lines that ran AROUND THE BLOCK 3 or 4 people deep, the iPad launch was a huge success. Apple Staff made the shopping experience one to remember, and once the doors opened, the wait time was around 30 minutes for a WiFi iPad and 50 minutes for a 3G iPad. As always all the major news stations covered the event, with Apple handing out free drinks and Telstra giving free fruit to punters.
