An image found in the iOS 4.3 beta 2 firmware confirms that Apple will bring a Camera, FaceTime, and PhotoBooth to the iPad. The image homeScreenOverlayFaceTime~ipad.png was found by MacRumors in the latest beta and is used by iOS to show a preview of your wallpaper selection. Notice the new icons for Camera, FaceTime, and PhotoBooth!
